Booking Restrictions and details

The Minimum Stay is 4 days at full moon, 5 days at Christmas and 7 Nights at New Year.
Breakfast is included for the Deluxe Bungalow range for up to 2 people. Extra guests just need to pay for breakfast. The compulsory Gala Dinner is 1,200 Baht per adult and 600 Baht per child and is held on the 30th December.
Check in at New Year is on or before December 30th.
The Gala Dinner is a buffet dinner – eat as much as you like.
Collection from Thongsala is 150 Baht per person.
Deposit payment required is to cover 50% of your stay.
For group bookings (three bungalows or more) or for long term stay a 100% deposit is required within the Christmas and New Year period.
The deposit required may vary at times and this will be specified within the confirmation email prior to booking.
Please note all prices are per room and not per person. Breakfast is included within the price of the Deluxe Bungalow range for up to two guests.
Some bungalows can accommodate up to three or four people as described above in the chart.

Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations can be accepted and deposits can be refunded up to 15 days before check in at all times except from December 15th - 30th January or full moon periods when 30 days notice is required.

2. A full refund of the advance deposit will be made less any costs of money transfer i.e. bank charges, Paypal costs (3.4% per transaction) & so on that have been incurred. If a Paypal deposit transaction is cancelled within 60 days of the booking confirmation there are no paypal fees incurred.

3. A transfer of the booking to a later date if adequate notice is given of a cancellation can be arranged. This is subject to agreement by the resort and also availability.

4. Early check out and no shows will be charged at 100%. No refund in these circumstances.

5. Cancellation requests must be made in writing by email to the email address from which a booking confirmation was originally sent.
