A deposit of 50% of the total room fees must be made to confirm the booking in the low season and 100% deposit in the high and peak seasons.

Clients must pay the balance of the room fees when checking in.

A refund of 70% the deposit can be made if 30 days or more notice is given.

Any transaction fees incurred will be deducted from the refund.

No shows or early check-out will be charged for the full period at 100%.

Free pick up from Thongsala is included within the room fee.

Breakfast is included for up to 2 guests in the Deluxe range.
